Role & Responsibilities Market development throughout their respective region and the world Promote the global image of Eclipse and Eclipse Global Services Coordinate and direct the activities of the regional service sales and operations Increase revenue growth through the sales of Services by regional sales and services personnel Benchmark external company’s for better ways to serve the customer Increase customer retention through actions involving service delivery Manage relationships with regional service team either direct or through country specific management. Manage relationships with sub-contractors to ensure the most complete customer coverage. Develop Revenue, Expense and resource budget for regional revenue budget of $15 million Participate in the development and implementation of the Global Service Business Plan Council, mentor and educate direct reports to ensure employee and customer satisfaction Train Service and Sales personnel on services available and how best to present them to the customers. Complete service technician ride along to ensure compliance and technical ability Understand and utilize the services database to ensure quality data capture and exploit opportunities within the regional database. Works with the Director of Service to ensure processes and policies reflect direction of the department. Work with Services Management team to develop sales tools and new services. Manage Service inventory carried by respective field service group. Develop regional procedures that support the global services strategy
