As President for the UK Chapter it is my pleasure to welcome you to the website of the Association for Services Management in the UK (AFSM UK).

Voted Chapter of the Year in 2006, the award-winning UK Chapter provides a forum for local service professionals to meet the growing challenges of today’s services industry and reach their full potential through chapter educational events and networking. Organizations that have spoken at the last few events include Canon, Unisys, Dixons, BSkyB, Rolls Royce, Cranfield School of Management and others.
